At OpenNode, I led marketing, product strategy, communications, and B2B sales — scaling the company from an early-stage startup into a global leader in Bitcoin payments. I drove platform adoption through strategic partnerships and integrations with Shopify, Stripe, BigCommerce, McDonald’s, and Substack, while securing consistent coverage in Forbes, Bloomberg, and VICE.
From launch through 2021, I built an organic growth engine grounded in SEO, content, and brand partnerships that drove exponential adoption without paid spend. Following our $220M Series A, I expanded OpenNode’s strategy to include paid acquisition, sponsorships, and high-impact brand activations, amplifying global visibility and accelerating enterprise adoption. I also led investor engagement efforts, helping secure backing from Fidelity, Twitter, and other institutional partners, positioning OpenNode as a long-term category leader in Bitcoin infrastructure.
My approach centered on sustainable, product-led growth — using storytelling, thought leadership, and ecosystem partnerships to build demand before deploying paid channels. By tightly aligning marketing, product, and sales, I transformed OpenNode’s go-to-market strategy into a scalable engine that attracted top-tier merchants, investors, and global recognition.
