As a Sales & Business Development Manager at Merch.com, I helped modernize and scale a merchandising platform trusted by major entertainment and consumer brands. Merch.com specializes in creating custom-branded merchandise for world-class clients including Insomniac, Postmates, and Formula 1 Grand Prix, delivering premium apparel and experiential products for global campaigns and events.
During my time there, I directed partnership development, sales enablement, and operational optimization, working closely with supply chain, creative, and marketing teams to improve fulfillment speed, forecasting accuracy, and customer satisfaction. My focus was on creating scalable processes that connected creative ideation to production and logistics — ensuring each campaign delivered measurable brand and revenue impact.
My approach combined strategic account development with data-driven sales process improvements. I implemented CRM automation and reporting systems to increase pipeline visibility, improve conversion rates, and strengthen team collaboration.
Partnering directly with the executive and creative teams, I led co-branded product launches and event activations that merged storytelling with merchandising. I also built onboarding and training frameworks that reduced ramp time for new hires by and introduced standardized sales playbooks that improved client retention and operational efficiency.
