My work with
As Product Growth Director at Breez, I’ve led the evolution of one of California’s most recognized cannabis brands into a modern, data-driven, multi-state operation. Since joining, I’ve spearheaded the redesign and relaunch of FindBreez.com, leading cross-functional design and development teams to build a shopping experience fully optimized for mobile and desktop users.
I directed the design, development and rollout of digital payment options including ACH and debit card processing, simplifying checkout and driving higher conversion rates. I also launched 10DLC-compliant SMS campaigns, automated email flows (welcome, win-back, and abandoned cart), and over 100+ targeted campaigns for both DTC and wholesale audiences — collectively contributing to over $1M in delivery sales during my tenure.
Beyond customer acquisition, I established an internal workflow for continuous web improvements — collaborating with our development team and CEO to implement agile updates, resolve bugs, and launch new features using AI-assisted tools like Claude, Cursor, and Apple Terminal. I also launched and managed the Breez Referral Program, expanding word-of-mouth growth and deepening customer engagement.
My approach at Breez centers on the intersection of product-led growth and integrated marketing strategy. I combine performance marketing, lifecycle automation, and conversion-optimized design to grow both DTC and retail sales across California and Illinois.
From budtender incentive programs and localized menu merchandising to data-driven campaign testing, every initiative I lead is tied to measurable impact — driving higher AOV, retention, and ROI. I work closely with product, creative, and engineering teams to ensure each customer touchpoint feels seamless, authentic, and reflective of Breez’s mission to make cannabis simple, approachable, and effective for everyday use.
